Our story

TLM (TLMMC Ltd) was created in 2008 in response to a market need for greater connection with customers, in a more cost effective outsourced marketing services model.

The problems we kept hearing from clients were that marketing is both expensive and risky - costs keep going up, but genuinely connecting with customers through marketing was still a roll of the dice.  Whilst the nature of clients industries, businesses, and customers vary, they share a common desire for marketing services that work:

  • Simple - no more complexity of trying to build in-house capability - investment in tools, data, people can really add up
  • Cost Effective - traditional marketing agencies and consultancies are expensive, and that adds to the client's risk
  • Connected - "DIY" is a myth - online tools just mean new skills to learn, with disparate data and systems that don't talk to each other

So that's what we offer - a suite of services that work together to that get you to 'The Last Mile' of the marketing journey - genuinely connecting with customers.  We don't sell technology, media or consultancy that means you have to then apply your resources to get a return - we're interested in delivery of real, measurable and effective communications that are working for you to acquire, develop and retain customers.
